Zoom Meeting included the following:
1. Sidewalks work completed
2. Dr. Lukens tells team that a door is being repaired. Harvey Law Enforcement identified a door of the school was not locked. The county Sheriff has record of the school not having a secure entrance; therefore, a locksmith has been called to fix and estimate. Dr. Lukens states that the door unlocks by itself sometimes. 3. Transporation: New Activity Bus that is a deiseal of $40,000 committed from Esser funds has arrived. It is no. 15.
4. Luken reports space being cleared for Grant electric bus.
5. Buses and van discussion
6. Electric charge stations for future electric buses could be paid by grant of $700/station for Holzer electric estimated cost. Luken states that Ottertail assistance with charger cost possible with 2 grants in July and February.
7. Core solution will do energy and air quality testing. Lukens suggested they could help with wheelchair lift. 8. Honey Well Grant: Possible grant for heating system. Asked for a directive to address grants for heating system.
9. Winter Needs: Snow removal – Dr. Lukens tractor stored at the school? (battery or plug in electrical cost are figured out how?) He could help with snow removal. Coal: first coal order was put in at the cost $4450 bid which is an increase compared to made budget. (Who made the budget at the end of summer? Wasn’t it him?)
10. ADA need to be contacted and Marchand asked Luken to contact them.
11. Capital Maintenace plan development for the School Board. Need to talk to the community again for help. This was asked of Dr. Lukens.
