We the People of Harvey did our dual diligence collecting videos and sections dealing with CTE Centers (Career Technical Education Center). Our community had it’s first introduction to a CTE center in 2024 Bond Referendum.
Not a lot of information was exposed at that time. People forget what was said once the event is over. With each open meeting recorded that followed that mention “gathering information” was being done by Dr. Lukens then reporting back to the board. Some members of the board expressed Dr. Lukens Travel time removed him from the school and availability.
Since the boards interest in CTE continued, it lead us to do our own investigation on CTE draw of Dr. Lukens. Beginning with Rocky Mtn. ADA Center, interviews peaked our interest to dig a little more on the topic. Try to watch both Part 1 and Part 2 close together for retention purposes. Enjoy the fruit of our labor.
