After the first hearing of the zoning committee, we were asked to create some sort of informational media gathering on the subject of Wind Turbines. Articles in online papers states that electricity produced through Flickertail Winds benefit Grandforks, ND. Is there no benefit to locals except for the landowner and county taxes? Food for thought.
