Correction 15 turbines in Wells vs 59.
The Herald Press of Harvey, ND came out with many columns on PRC Wind meeting with Wells County Commissioners. I did more research after reading his report of the same meeting that I attended. My next question on Wind Farms is when another Wind farm or Utility company buys out the little new Wind farm approximately around 9 to 10 years when their subsidies are running out,
Does the new company then apply for subsidies do to upgrade of technology or does the new acquisition allows them to apply for more subsidies? The pattern keeps going where another company takes them over, then another, then another with each one building a new and larger Wind Farm …etc. Is there a pattern of new LLC happening for the subsidies? Can they make it without subsidies? Since this started with New Rockford Economics, then W-E Winds llc, then Flickertail Wind Farm/Prc Winds, Who is next that makes money off of this? Any idea on how to check into that? Just a rabbit trail.
