Discussion on opening zoning for next project coming through Wells County Commissioners - Data Centers and Battery Storage Centers.
Commissioners are talking with Mayor from Ellendale, ND; Williams County on their current Data Center that the people are upset with; Montrail County Data Center communication to shape Wells County future adventure in this industry.
These Data Centers have a controversial background and present people issue over raising cost of electricity, housing shortage and property tax increases that don't stop coming.
Wells County Commissioners are only interested in gaslighting of Money, and they ignore that burden on the people and the grid. Even PSC stated in videos on our page, that there is a problem in fast growth.
No one has visited a center or talked to PSC. Exactly, how informed can you be to do zoning if pros and cons are not both on the table.
