Pipeline won’t be taxed. Wildlife land question on how is it taxed & by who? How much does Game & Fish pay? Therefore, how much does the county get?
18 Mills is criteria for Prairie dog Funds to distributed to Township. No more than $100k in general funds. Create a road fund account as well; general fund can be spent on anything in the township.
Flex fund money can be applied for….
Centrally assessed are out of state business. State IS CONTOLLING TOWNSHIPS WITH THE 18 Mills REQUIREMENT.
What formula is the state using?
The Prairie Dog funds are out of SIFT money. Keep that in mind.
There is 93 miles of pavement in Wells county; 1347 miles of road in wells; townships currently pay $100/mile for blading.
Zoning 29 townships are part of county. Does the county think they can override zonings?
September 2026 budge meetings for townships. Zoning for townships to go under County must be in your minutes. Comprehensive keeps getting thrown around.

The People are not seeing that combining different offices at te County would cause a major issue. They talked about how they paved roads and traffic counters usage. Then they lost direction in the meeting.
