Wells county commissioner top 3 picks by commissioners were discussed.  The Job will be offered to Alexa LaPlant.  Now the decision on Part-time person Supervisor for Records was another hat that Dan Stutlein will put on.  (concern of how many of these hats that Dan is performing; if he leaves one day, there will be difficulties)

Wells County Road Supervisor:  Brent Keller;  He has resigned.  Table dicussion on what the future will look like for Wells County in this department.  His ten hours per day will be overseen by the Bone when the time comes.

Wells County Bridge Project discussion; Ditch mowing and charges with a new rate; township have the right to charge when ditch is not mowed; it is added to taxes; discussion on minimum maintenance roads and township decisions.

Wells County Comprehensive plan:  Dan want to create the plan himself with the assistance of Jana; Valhalla has a plan for township; Granvilles plan; planning & zoning will meet to decide what they want.

Well Plug in Chaseley Township; it is private property; cost is low; aquifer is fine? A dike needs to be around pump at the farm; Roller farm dike was done earlier. More discussion.

Monday morning a discussion with the road crew will take place.
