Opt 2 assessment drains to better route permanent assessment set for 30 years.
Need 1 to 2 years to approve snagging drains. Then couple months to 6 months no cap on assessment drain.

Drone is limited to $100,000 at 3 ft spray per mile. Labor Cost $400.00 per hr. at 1 1/2 mph drone spraying speed.
Cattails and spraying issues: not cost share. James River approved in full.

Sauter and Monte faul can't get water off their land. James River to small to take away all the rain water.

NEW CODE AMENDMENTS COMING DOWN!!!!
New codes amendments are said to be coming down to the county level on guidance and the process of drain permits will be getting more difficult to obtain. Turns the process into a longer one to achieve. (How do you feel about that?)
