- Superintendent's report: Electric buses arriving, need to fix heater
- 7-12 Principals report: 199 students registered so far
- Elementary Principals report: 225 students registered. 6 subs and 1 para
- Activities Director report: Trap sport; parent ran

- 2025-2026 budget- increase 419 K; request for report on what spent
- Paraprofessional Pay
Opening of bids:
- Coal - Center BMI $48.75 per ton this year/ last year was $47.50/ton
- Coal Hauling: ME Center $41.50/ton to Harvey
