02-11-25 Harvey School Board Meeting/Grievances, ND Part 4 of 4
School Board was facing two Grievances from teachers of the BM Hanson Elementary School. After executive session, the Board awarded Grievance #1 and the Board denied Grievance #2. The Attorney was instructed to adjust contracts and pay. Agenda discussion on upcoming election of Board members. Elections will be held at the Harvey, ND city Armory on 6/10/25.

School board hears Grievances while Superintendent Smiles/laugh at the first grievance read. See 5:49 Mark. Teachers are covering for a new hire of Dr. Lukens that cannot teach the 4th Grade class that she was hired for. Dr. Lukens continues to pay her and he has several teachers covering her classes without compensation. The board's attorney attends the meeting and the executive session.
