Road Report continues. Questions that are brought up- 1. Does the county have the right to refuse to blade a road that the township should fix with the prairie dog funds as agreed?
2. If charge to township for road, example $100/mile, bring up township expectation of road blading more often? Township removal of bridges and more and repair done the cheapest way therefore costing county more replacement culverts sooner?

Discussed the need for change in policy. Century code states 60% county pays; however, need to be done by county standards in order to not waste funds. States attorney will review.

County 71 should count sensors be put on before talk of ground up of payment. Topics: Fair grounds, washboards due to moisture, beaver dams.

Brian A. address last meeting. The minutes do not provide enough information to inform the people of discussion and more.

Dale S. on agenda to discuss Drain #1. He believes the decision makers of Drain #1 is more broken than the drain. Fema funds are harder to get due to the frequency of water damage.

(READ) Remember CTE Center was on the Bond Ballot? Spencer assured the People that there will not be a CTE Center because the School Board responsibility was to educate K-12 students not to provide education beyond that.

According to Mr. Lukens, the attorney made him keep the CTE on the ballot. Here is a discussion less than 1 yr from that forum where the board is allowing Mr. Lukens to attend meetings in WI on a 4 to 1 vote.

The State of ND is paying for him to go they say to hear more information about Harvey having a CTE Center. Taxpayers should be able to trust what a school board tells them. Are we in for another ride in the future? The State of ND is pushing the CTE Centers. Funding insensitive to have high school students participate in CTE Centers. No mention of additional cost to the taxpayers yet. North Dakota has only 10 CTE in the state. Location of those 10 is not mentioned.

Meeting includes a vote on 14 passenger bus engine replacement around $10,000. Accepted 3 bus drivers' routes with a 4th possibility.

In June of 2024 meeting, it was stated for Spencer to create a survey verse using Legendary company survey. Issues came up over Spencer sending out his survey; however, Lukens is acting without board directive on another survey. The first survey was to replace the exit interviews that was not completed. No purpose on mentioned on the Superintendents initiative steps.

Conclusion: No action on any survey is to be taken by anyone at this time. Updating email addresses for the school the board was in full board agreement.
