Commissioners changed what the zoning committee settled on. They override to accommodate PRC Wind in Wells County from Agriculture to Industrial. This opens us up to easy access for industrial with little say by the people. Now, they are preparing for Data Center.
What good is it to have a zoning committee that listen to the people when commissioners override what the people say?
