Sheriff Department: Commissioners have a change of heart after Benson County cleaning of the Sheriff department. Still have the motorcycle business hanging over head.
Commissioners confront Dan on vague statements about Prairie Dog Funding. Good to see the separation of powers in use. Dan also brings to the Commissioner the question to increase the mills levies.

Note: KTL building is doubled book again so the Commissioners met in the auditor's office. Since the changing of meeting date from Thursday to Tuesday, this is what happens. The only conclusion that the people can come to is this is an on-purpose act to limit seating for the public. When people come to the auditor's office, Fire code alone is broken not to mention the disability access.
Eddy County also went to the 1-mile setback for PRC Wind. Congratulations to Eddy County people for fighting for people's rights!
