Note: PRC were present, and they gave the commissioners Changes that they WANTED in the zoning even if commissioners keep one mile setback. Questions of Primary dwelling verses non-primary dwelling.
Stan asked for 1/2 to 3/4 mile for setback change. Boone and Lautt stood strong on following the zoning committee: however, Stan motioned to accept PRC changes into zoning wording. Passed. Not sure if Lautt and Boone know what the changes were. It appears slick talking by Stan.
Commissioners keep talking they will get lots of money and the letter of intent was for Eddy Co. If nothing in writing, what can the Commissioners possibly be expecting from PRC?
Watch for the interpretation of Herald Press. It might be entertaining.
Points to notice: Once again the Commissioners doubled booked the KTL Building. Standing room only in Auditor office. Former States Attorney, K. Murray, had them moved from the Auditor's office to KTL building due to compliance with Open Meeting Location Laws. No Wheelchair or accommodating seating for all to attend. Dan and Stan have made comments before of not wanting to use the KTL building. Are they for the People or against the People?
