Timesheet issues for auditor: Law Enforcement has repeated issues of handing in time sheets on time.
Bills: Penalty was charged on bridge project of $1600/day per contract with county; Highway #6 bridge is compromised; capitol projects.
Balance sheet: They got Prairie Dog funds; CD’s & Money Market.

DATA CENTER PANEL – November 22, 2026, at 5 pm., Discussion of creation on panel presented by Auditor for Commissioners review.
County Agent; Supreme Court; water convention; Prairie Dog Funds grants
Portfolios: no report except the following: Road Department; Fair board meeting on November 10th, 2026; Anne Ehni’s group contacted (by Auditor) Dan will be taking on Soil Liaison.
Road Dept Report: Bridge #1; Chip Seal 14.5 miles for next year and more; Cracked Sealing; Cathay Shop needs electrical work; Fair Millings; Sterling truck fixed; Blades are up; 71 patched this last week (9 miles); culvert work needed on Hwy 71; State will do light in state shed; State doing underpass on 15; Rent rollout dumpsters; Atticus did not test CDL first time, cannot retest until December; Furnace work needed in shop; Townships need to do their part as well; county 1 question: how much is the county right of way?
Gary Kaul – Vacation Time; Jason Mayfield – funding for mill & overlay on Hwy52; Bid date March 22, 2026; Safety Project needs to be done on curves before overlay project; Proposal for December 8, 2026, by 11 am; Lagoon will be done when this old 52 project starts.
Election 2026 Discussion on results.
NDAC0 State Convention: resolution process has been eliminated; Stan budget hearings eliminated in counties; restrictions on websites cost if the website can’t be used on a reader; convention was a waste of time!
Open Enrollment: November 19, 2026, benefits, safety bidders and paid training for all county officials.
Foreclosures: 35 properties with minim prices is taxes due.
Road Equipment: Warranties on vehicles, talking about leasing blades; special meeting on November 9th-10th, 2026.
Road Foreman Position: Kerry Schimke candidate.
