2025-02-04 Commissioners Meeting Part 5 of 7, Wells Co. ND

Discussion on cost of blading paid by township.

Commissioners believe townships will be increasing their mills to cover their cost share with the county. Townships not aware of how finances work. Clerks are the only ones that know. All the townships are aware that county will be charging them for blading. Write a letter to township of they recommend the county should charge them for blading and Commissioners will review and decide from there. Townships should know before their annual meeting. Pay $134.00 per mile. For now, charge the $100.00/mile and plan later discussion.

Dan would like to see open up meeting with more than townships. Open up to cities and more. For $100.00/mile the same work blading as usual; motion and carried. If they pay, they will expect more explained by road foreman.

CTE School Board Promises Interview Part 2 of 2 Final

As we progress through the investigations, we find some interesting differences between the information that the Dr. Lukens and the board bring to the meetings vs the people's direct interviews. Take a look at the this video. What the summary recap pull the two videos together in facts.

Originally I tried to scan the actual emails into the video. It was hard to read. In respect for Wayde Sick, I just summarized my question and typed in his answers. The actual emails could be available if you need to see them. By the time you're done, you should know a lot about the processing of a school having a CTE Center in ND as well as your current superintendent and board. Hopefully the ADA information helps you to make better decisions.

(The Bond Referendum videos were recorded between April and June 2024. The other video is available on YouTube with the date 10-16-24. Additionally, the Audio ADA recording took place in either April or May 2024, and the CTE audio was recorded on 11-12-24.)
