Residents get update theater and park. Money given to the school will be subtracted from the State funds that they receive. So, the State will benefit.

The people do not get ahead. Property rights of neighbor's land could affect you and they scream as coached by PRC Wind for their right to get the money from PRC. Just like we said before at the beginning, wind projects hurt neighbors, and they do nothing to prevent it because they are fighting to win and they do not play fair. Because once project goes through, you have no say for 37 years.

They are fighting hard and promising the Eddy County large amount of money for the community. 20 million dollars for movie theater and park update and more. $$$ Dollar signs is the temptation for Eddy County. They need citizens to get on board for push this through. Perhaps, promise community money. Wells county never got such a promise, hmmm.

If your product is so good, you do not have to degrade your opposition. I am sitting back and watching their behavior and strategic plan. It appears that they are fighting. Who are they fighting? Your Neighbor?
